  1. Hi,

I entered wrong email id in host family & friends portal, how to change email id, pls anyone help me on this..

    1. Doha Guides Team

Hi Ahamed, There is no option to change once you have added guest. If you didn’t receive email due to this, you need to contact the Hayya helpline 800 2022.

    1. Doha Guides Team

Hi Salim, Hayya is a multi-entry visa. So if you have Saudi visa for Umrah, you can travel and come back to Qatar.

  2. Can I show National Address Certificate Which I have downloaded from metrash as my tenancy contract certificate in the time departure?

  3. Anyone here having pending application for hayya with me since last February?
Status is still “pending” and daily follow up on the hotline telling no reason for the delay in approval and told to wait until it gets approved.
Any other way to verify the detailed status aside from sending email (no response after multiple attempts) and calling 800.2022 / 44412022.

    Thank you!

  4. HI,
Anyone can update me how long it takes to get approval or rejection of hayya with me 2023 submitted application on 03rd march for my wife and kid. still pending.

  5. Hi, I am an Indian. I applied family visit for my wife and got the approval and later i applied for hayya entry and got the approval too. She showed the Hayya entry permit and all other related hayya documents in India. But when she reached qatar, at the airport she said she was on hayya card entry as she had both visit vis approval and hayya approval. Later I got a message from Metrash to do the medical saying that she entered or visit visa. How can i confirm whether the entry is haaya or visit visa?

    1. Doha Guides Team

Hi Mohamed, For people with visit visa & Hayya, we had advised to cancel the visit visa before travelling on Hayya visa. It seems like your wife may have been issued visit visa (instead of Hayya). You can go to Qatar Visa Check page on MOI website and check status using passport number.

    2. Through metresh and once you received massage its mean she enter through visa so go moi office and change the visa into hayya card

  7. HI DG,
Do we need to buy full insurance until jan 24 2024 even if we stay for 15 days on haya permit or else we need to purchase only for one month.

    1. Doha Guides Team

Hi Raj, Although the MOPH website says that Hayya visitors should have insurance until 24 January, until now it is not strictly enforced. Most travellers are coming with shorter insurance. If you are confident that you can quickly get a new insurance online (if required at airport), you can try a with shorter duration.

  8. Hello my Hayya application r blocked plz help me how to update my Hayya details if application is blocked
