Hi Mohamed, Now the MOPH website says it is mandatory, but most people who came last week were only asked for the duration of stay.
Salam
I gave my medical in qvc 2 times. They said me revisit again regarding my x-ray issue. What the problem? After refusal of work visa apply for business visa?
Hi Muhammad, Business visa does not require QVC medical, but it is short term only.
Hello team, Anybody has any idea about changing the Hayya ‘Other platforms booking’ to ‘Friends and Family host’? Previously during the Fifa time, I had added a hotel booking for my wife, and she didn’t visit Qatar at that time. now I received the entry permit with ‘Other plaforms booking’ where I need to change it to ‘friends and famly host’. please help
Hi Ahmed, Someone has to invite your wife using “Host Family and Friends” option. After that she will receive an invitation and her accommodation type will be changed. If not changed within 2 days, call Hayya helpline. More details on hosting family: https://www.dohaguides.com/host-family-and-friends-during-qatar-world-cup/
Dear, thanks for your reply, I confirmed with the Hayya team today. They said that as long as you have the latest Hayya Approved email PDF its totally fine you can visit, no matter what your accommodation type is showing.
Hi Ahmed, Thanks for the update. However note that airlines are asking for accommodation details during check-in (from country of departure). So it is better to get an invitation email and carry the tenancy contract even if Entry Permit accommodation type is blank.

Hi DG,
Is it possible to convert Visit visa to Hayya without exit the country…
Hi Sundar, As far as we know (from recent experience of others) it is not possible.
Hi DG team,
Is it mandatory to get health insurance for remaining period of hayya entry valid date which is 24th jan-2024, or we could have the insurance only for the period of our staying ( for example if i am staying for three months then the insurance is enough for 03 months or need to have up to 24th jan-2024)
Hi Saravana Kumar, This week MOPH has updated their website saying that Hayya Card holders need insurance for up to January 2024. However it was not strictly implemented for those who travelled in the last two days. We don’t know if they will start insisting on that soon.
I applied for hayya card during fifa time and my dependent’s got rejected at that time(hayya card number of dependent:F12111487268)..Now i applied using voucher code ,my application got approved but my baby’s can’t be applied saying documents already exists. Also while opening old Hayya account,it is showing that fifa dashboard is empty. Please do help me sort out this problem as soon as possible .

Could you please tell me which hayya center is currently working?Or any other contacts ?Is it okay to visit MOI center?
Hi Hemin, Hayya Centers have closed after the World Cup. You can only contact Hayya Support at [email protected] or or 800 2022 (inside Qatar).
Do MOI center can help me?Actually I’m not getting response from Hayya support team. That’s why
Hi Hemin, We don’t think they can help with this as it is a different department. They can only help with the visa.
My baby’s hayya card was rejected during fifa time and now when i tried to open that account its is saying fifadashboard is unavailable. So i created new account and tried to apply but it is saying documents already exists.please help me sort this problem.I mailed hayyateam and even called them no response.

Hi Saif, Credit Card statement is not needed for Hayya Entry Permit.
I have invited my mother through HAYA WITH ME , got it approved too but I would like to know how to add accommodation details in the haya platform , do we need to add this details or just my mother has to carry the prof with her while traveling to Qatar.

I have applied for hayya with me on on the 10th and i still haven’t gotten approval yet, any idea how much time it takes for approval to come?
Hi Saif Ali, Nowadays it takes 3-5 working days.
I have tried to complete the submission of Hayya with me application more than 10 times, each time it says Please upload photo and passport. I have added both photo and passport as requested format, not sure why it happens? I have changed the browser. Tried in phone and laptop.
But seems to be nothing is working. Even contacted customer care more than 2 times.
Need a help. Kindly, help what more can be done.
Hi Rashmita, We haven’t seen such an error before. Check if your file size is as per the required format. Also change the file names to something different. If everything is per requirement, and you still face an issue, this could be a technical issue on the Hayya portal. You can try later.
