Hi Mohammed, You can get IDP in Bangladesh with a Bangladeshi license. Please contact the Automobile Association of Bangladesh (Phone :+88-02-9361054,+88-02-9341342). We are not sure if they issue IDP with Qatar license. You can check with them.
