Qatar’s Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy had launched the “Hayya With Me” (1+3) feature in 2022, allowing international fans with match tickets and approved Hayya Cards to bring up to three non-ticket holders.
This article will explain how Hayya Card holders can bring guests (friends and family members) using the “Hayya With Me (1+3)” by sending them Hayya With Me voucher code.
NOTE: The below article has been updated with new requirements for 2024.
10 FEBRUARY 2024 Update: The deadline for entry under the Hayya With Me (C) scheme came to a close on February 10, 2024. The last date of stay in Qatar will be February 24, 2024.
What is ‘Hayya With Me’
Hayya With Me is a feature that allowed a match ticket holder to invite up to 3 non-ticketed guests to enter Qatar during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Hayya With Me allowed non-ticketed guests, such as relatives or friends, to enter Qatar and enjoy the festivities, including fan zones, concerts etc. However, they cannot attend any matches without a match ticket.
The Hayya With Me feature is back in 2023, and allows international fans to bring up to 3 friends and family members (who do not have Hayya Card).

Can all Hayya Card holders bring non-ticket fans?
This feature is only available to international fans aged 18 or above who applied using a match ticket number. They should also have confirmed accommodation and approved Hayya Card. Qatar residents are not eligible for this feature.
Is this feature free for international fans?
In 2022, there was a fee of QR 500 per non-ticketed fan above 12 years. Children below 12 years could be added free of cost. The good news is that currently, there is no fee for Hayya With Me. It is issued completely free of cost.
Requirements for “Hayya With Me”
The following are the requirements for applying for Hayya With Me (1+3) feature:
- The applicant should be an international fan (Residents are not eligible)
- The applicant should be aged above 18
- The applicant should have a confirmed accommodation
- The applicant’s Hayya Card should be approved
- The guest should have a valid passport
- From 1 February 2023, visitors are required to have health insurance
How Hayya Card Holders Can Bring Non-Ticket Holders
The process to invite non-ticket holders will be a two-stage process.
Stage 1: To be done by the Hayya Card holder
The first stage should be done by the Hayya card holder as follows:
Step 1: Log in to your Hayya account
You should use the same email and password that you used for creating the account in 2022.
Step 2: Select ‘My Hayya’ and click ‘Action’
Step 3: Select ‘Hayya with Me’
Hayya With Me option will be shown as a drop-down menu. The Hayya Card application should already be approved for this feature.
Step 4: You can see three voucher codes
These are your “Hayya With Me Voucher Codes”.
Step 5: These voucher codes should be given to non-ticketed guests
Please note that each guest needs a different “Hayya With Me Voucher Code”. Multiple guests cannot use the same code.
Stage 2: To be done by the guest
The second stage should be done by the guest (friend or family member) as follows:
Step 1: Create a Hayya Account and Login
- Go to the Hayya Portal.
- Click “Apply For Hayya”.
- If you don’t have an account, sign up here using your email ID.
- Once your email ID is confirmed, log in using the same email ID and password.
Step 2: Click on “Apply for Hayya”
This option is available on the top menu.
Step 3: From ‘Applicant Category’, select ‘Hayya with Me (C)’
Step 4: Enter the voucher code received from the Hayya Card holder
This should be the “Hayya With Me Voucher Code” received during the first stage explained earlier.
Step 5: Click on ‘Validate my Voucher’
The system will validate the voucher. Once validated, you can proceed with the application.
Step 6: Review and accept the terms
This will be active only if your voucher details are validated.
Step 7: Upload photo and passport details

Step 8: Enter your personal details and contact information
Step 9: Click on the “Review & Submit” button
You will receive the updates in your email. Once your application is approved, you will receive an entry permit to the State of Qatar via email.
Stage 3: Accommodation
The guest should have confirmed accommodation before travelling. If the guest is using a hotel accommodation, he only needs a hotel booking. The details of hotel booking should be uploaded to “Upload Other Platforms Booking” on the Hayya portal.
If the guest is staying with a Qatar resident, the resident should register his property on Hayya portal and add the guest to it. Note: Nowadays National Address Certificate is also accepted instead of Tenancy Contract.

What is Hayya Card
The Hayya Card is a mandatory fan ID introduced during FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. The Hayya Card facilitated the entry to Qatar for international fans and provided access to stadiums (for ticket holders) as well as free public transport for the duration of the tournament.
What is Hayya With Me Voucher Code
“Hayya With Me Voucher Code” is a unique code available to international match ticket holders. Each international match ticket holder will receive three unique codes on their Hayya platform.
They can use these codes to invite up to three family members or friends with them. The invited guests can use this code to apply for their own Hayya permit to enter Qatar.

Hi DG, i already applied for Hayya card for my wife with Hayya with me voucher and got it approved and received Hayya entry permit PDF through mail but accomdation type was showing blank, now i have added my wife as host in my Hayya as i am resident and it is been automatically updated in Hayya entry permit of my wife in Hayya app in mobile and now in app it is showing Accomdation type as Host family and Friend but in PDF it is still blank and i have not received any new Entry permit PDF with accomdation type, will it be any problem. Hi Mohammed, (1) Scan the QR code on the PDF (using your mobile) and it will show the details online. If you can see the accommodation details after scanning QR code, you don’t have to worry. If you really want to get new entry permit, you will have to call customer care, but there may be a long waiting period. (2) As per the new rule announced today, you will need full insurance (entry date to January 2024).

My Hayya card got approved and i tried to apply for my baby’s as a dependant.
The application got rejected due to the missing full arabic name.
I tried to modify and resubmit, however the app took in the old information instead and re applied automatically. It happened 3 times in total. I tried to contact the hotline and send an email but no one is replying to me.
Hence, i would like to ask if i can apply again for my daughter using a new voucher since i already applied 3 times with the other voucher?
This was a technical issue from their side but i have no choice. Please kindly advise.

As there was a correction required in the approved hayya, I have reapplied with correct name. and when its approved for the second time I dont have any voucher number in it. Hi Usman, You can try applying for new Hayya using a different email id and voucher code. If approved, she can stay until 24 January 2024. Return ticket is needed as this is a visit visa. A Qatar resident with own accommodation can invite her to stay (host friends and family option).

Hi Shivam, Note that if it is friends and family accommodation, this should be done by the host.
(1) Your host can invite you even if your Hayya is already approved. If Hayya Entry Permit is not being updated after that, call Hayya Support at (+974) 4441 2022.
(2) A host can invite up to 10 guests at his accommodation.
(3) There is no entry free. You only need tickets and health insurance (QR 50 per month).
(4) Nowadays you may receive approval before accommodation confirmation. In that case Accommodation type on Entry Permit will be shown as blank. Before travelling, you need to be invited by a host or you need hotel accommodation. If not, you will be denied boarding during departure.

Hi Bushra, Yes, you can add the child as guest with voucher code. If the baby is travelling without parents, check with your airline in advance. Sometimes they would need parent’s authorisation letter attested from your Embassy.

Hi Bushra, If the baby has approved Hayya Entry Permit and parents are travelling, there is no problem. Just make sure the baby has return flight tickets and health insurance.

Hi Gloria, (1) Yes, The host need not have own Hayya card.
(2) Create a Hayya account, click Host Family and Friends, upload your tenancy contract, and add your mother as guest. You can do this now before approval.
(3) Once her Hayya is approved, she will get Entry Permit by email.

Hi Abdul, If your dependents are coming alone, make separate account for them (using another email id) so that they can have their own mobile and Hayya app. Those under 18 can also have their own Hayya account.

Hi Tarek, Next step is that your host in Qatar should add you to his accommodation (through his Hayya account). Average processing time is 3-5 working days. Hi Jishnu, (1) Check if you have the Edit Application option on your Hayya portal. Sometimes it would be visible under “Action”. If not, calling Hayya Customer Care is the only way. As the Hayya call center is very busy nowadays you may have to call multiple times or keep holding.
(2) If the application is rejected you can use the same voucher again.
(3) Nowadays it is 3-5 working days.
